Further  to our telephonic conversation im so sorry to inform you about the inconvenience caused to all parties .Mr Anshuman is very helpful and friendly guy . But there is a one gentle man was not very punctual always and made chaos among the group and as result we faced the difficulty in arranging lunch and sightseeing on time. Again  on final day he wanted his friend whom he met in colombo to take them in 3 Wheelers and changing the tour itinerary everything to his wish causing damage to our reputation and it was  our responsibility to look in to every ones safety. But however we manage the colombo city as well and they attended a exhibition what was completely out of our schedule. Though we manage to cancelled the ordered lunch and supply dinner as per their request to maintain our service up to the level. Above is the very reasonable fact which was effected to the group to face such inconvenience. I hope you will understanding the situation we  faced.
